Site Survey For New School
Today, my Dad and I, along with maybe eight or nine Haitians, went to survey a couple parcels of land on which to erect a presence in the village of Ambas Pere that will act as a Church and School. I was amazed to find that almost all the children in the village were attending school at Concrab, nevertheless we are planning on establishing a presence in the village. Our concrab School is bursting to the seems with students, so this will help release some pressure on that school. It will also establish the village and will provide numerous jobs for the residents. Because we are already established in the surrounding villages, we will have to hunt around for students, so some kids that live in this village but attend other schools may be transferred, but the empty spots will not be empty for long.
(in this photo top is a possible site to erect a School campus.) In this picture My Dad announces to the community that we will be establishing a school in their village, the children hardly believe the benefits the will be receiving. My Dad is very inspiring, he can be very convincing and the Haitians love him. When he announced to the village that we are building a school in their village, he reaches into their world, he understands them. He understands their suffering, but he remains compassionate. (in my last picture, My Dad talking to the the Pastor.)

Jeremie,
Very nice. Very clean. The videos are a great addition to your blogsite.
It seemed that the photos and the banner loaded very slow for me. Are you sure they are “saved for Web” on Photoshop?
Photos should be no more than 640×480 and banners about 691×116 or so.
Also, be sure to watch spelling in post content.
I also wonder why you have the Akismet spam comments on your side bar?
All in all, this is a GREAT blog. You have really started well!!!
It presents NewMission in a wonderful way!
Great job! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Randy
I was trying to figure out how I found you on twitter, but now seeing Randy Elrod’s comment I figure I followed through him. I am so glad did. These are amazing stories of what you and your Dad are helping to accomplish. I work for a church in Riverside, CA and we send and support missionaries but I have never picked up a hammer and helped. I know that there needs to be people at home supporting financially and praying for our missionaries and that has been my role. In all honesty, if God decided to send me, I would freak out a bit and probably try and talk Him out of it. I enjoy reading your blog and following your updates. Here in socal, Settlers is huge. All the boys get together and play all night long. Take Care.
